any of the Frame My Photos products upgrade to v6.24. It has
a variety of new features, and works
much better than previous releases. Version 6.24 of the Framing Station
now supports 8.5x11& 11x8.5 formats. Best of all it's free

Where's
the manual?
The manual is copied to your system in Adobe Acrobat Reader format
during installation. It is inside the Framing Station folder
under Program files on your local drive. The manual will is available
via a link on the Start Menu under the Framing Station.

I
cant find the frames, is it
a bad install? or I don't have anywhere near the number of frames
that you advertise?
These questions come in many flavors, but they're basically the same
question. People buy our products knowing that there will be a certain
number of frames, and they're surprised when they can't find them.
What happens is that in their excitement to use our product, they overlook
the NEXT and PREVIOUS buttons.
Our frames are grouped logically in categories, and if you never press
the NEXT button you won't see the additional
categories that are installed on your machine. If you don't see all
of the categories, you only see a fraction of the frames that you've
purchased and therefore you feel ripped off. Most people are embarrassed
when we have to tell them to press the NEXT button,
but that solves the problem every time.
If
you don't see all of the frames that you thought should be in the
product of ours that you purchased, we suggest you press the NEXT key
both in the frame categories, and to view the frames themselves.
What
is the difference between the Framing Station and the Frame Packs?
The Framing Station is our award winning software. Our
Frame Packs cover one topic in detail. Not surprisingly our Sports
Frame Pack has sports frames only, and our Calendar Frame Pack
has calendar frames only.
If
I only want to buy a Frame Pack, do I need to purchase
the Framing Station Software?
NO. Each Frame Pack has the Framing Station software included with
it, so you'll have everything you'll need to start framing and printing
your photos with just a single purchase of a Frame Pack.
You'll also be able to download free updated as the Framing Station
software is updated.

We had two reviewers that thought our product was just average because
they didn't agree with our design approach. Our company philosophy
is to give our users instant success with little
to no effort.
There are
people and reviewers who enjoy just the opposite. They enjoy tinkering
for hours and days with small pieces of artwork to make their own frames.
So not surprisingly, they don't like a program like the Framing
Station
where a non-artist and a non-scrapbooker can create something amazing
instantly
with virtually
no effort.
What
are the formats of the digital photo frames?
We've focused on the most popular formats for printed digital photographs.

Can
I email a digital photo frame, or are they only to print out?
Yes you can email your creations. One of the four output options
is to email your creation. Simply press the Email button at the bottom
of the
Framing
Station
screen.
Can
I use a digital photo frame on my website?
Yes for non-commercial uses only. Frame My Photos are an excellent
way to make a website and your photography come alive.
How
long will it take for you to ship my order?
Orders received before 2:00 PM West Coast time are shipped the same
day. Virtually all orders are shipped within 1 business day of their
receipt despite the incredible
order
volume. You should plan on 2-4 business days for your order to be processed
and shipped.
Do
you take rush orders?
We do not. We process all orders in the order that they are recieved. Please don't make rush gift order requests, as we cannot honor them.
How
do you ship the product to me, and will I be notified when it ships?
We ship via USPS, and you will be notified at
the email address that you provide when the product ships. All orders
are shipped from Santa Ana, California. East Coast buyers should plan
on at least 4 days of shipping time.
It
is extremely important that you provide a correct email address
Email is our exclusive means of communication with you as a customer.
As described above, we alert you to all shipping information via email.
Customer Service and support is provided exclusively through email,
so it is extremely important that you provide us with a correct email
address.
Why
do you only have email customer service support?
We've priced our products very low, so that everyone can afford them.
The downside of value pricing is that we cannot provide
phone support for our product. The simple fact is that our customer
service representatives can interact with customers far more rapidly
via email,
and that helps
us keep our prices low and affordable to all. If

What
is your return/exchange policy?
If you're having problems with a CD simply contact
us here. We'll exchange
it for one that works.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
Is
it difficult to insert my picture using the Framing Station?
No. It's extremely easy to use our product. The Framing Station only
has 21 buttons, so there's no large manual or learning curve. To frame
a digital photo you simply select the photo, and browse our frames.
It's that easy. Press one more button to print, save or email your
new creation.
Can
I resell or use the Framing Station in my business?
No. We do not sell commercial versions of our products. All Frame
My Photos products are for personal use only, and cannot be used
in any way in business

Who
came up with the idea for the Framing Station?
The Framing Station concept was developed by a veteran team of
creative talent in Orange County California. The team is responsible
for over 200 unique, creative and top selling consumer products.

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance ($1.65 - per $50.00 of products purchased). The buyer is responsible for adding insurance before checking out. We cannot add insurance to your order after you've checked out. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Shipping insurance would completely cover the replacement and shipping cost if your software, mug(s) or other photo gift items were to be lost or damaged in transit.
Please inspect your package upon arrival, and let us know within 7 days if any damage has occurred in shipment.
In order to provide the lowest possible prices, all sales are final and we do not accept returns at this time.
All communication with Frame My Photos, LLC. is done via e-mail. All e-mail correspondence must include the buyer's name, purchase date and order number. E-mails not including these items will not be responded to
All photo gift items must be completed within 2 weeks of the purchase date, or will be subject to a $4.00 per item production surcharge.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. We're not in the office so we cannot respond to e-mails, ship products or produce photo gifts outside of our stated office hours. We are also unavailable on all federal and generally observed holidays.
