How can I make money from the Framing Station?

Let's take a look at the potential market.  The Photo Marketing Association estimates that 60 billion digital photos were taken last year and 10.9 billion prints made from digital cameras.  PMA also estimates that almost 21 million new digital cameras were sold in 2006 to add to the 68 million that had been purchased in the last 5 years, and that doesn't include the 30 million camera phones in use.  Overall revenue in the photo industry is estimated to be 11.9 billion in 2006.

Do I have to make my own signs and banners? Here are three banners that we created for a family that was selling our product at a swap meet. They bought an 10x10 Easy Up at Sam's Club and wanted some big banners to stop the traffic and describe the product.

Do I have to use your script and samples, or can I make and include my own?  Remember this is your business, and you're in charge.  You are free to make the changes that will help you make the most money in your local market.  We're just providing what's been ultra successful for us.  You're free to customize, add and delete so that you can maximize profits for you.

How long will it take for me to be up and running?  The simple answer is to plan for about two to three weeks.  Once we receive your payment, we'll begin processing your order.  It'll take us about two to ten business days to assemble all of the items, and have them ready to ship.  It depends on how many we're working on at a given time.  We ship from Orange County California, so you'll need to include transit time from our location to yours.

Do I have to sign anything?  No, and you're not committed to any additional fees or purchases.  We know how successful and popular our products are.  We don't need people to be contractually committed to use because we know that people will be financially motivated to work with us.  

What happens when I need more inventory?  The price of additional units is based on your order's dollar amount.  Our minimum order amount is $125.  The unit cost for all orders under $249 is $12.50 per Ultimate Combo Pack.  That means that you can order as little as ten units at $12.50 apiece for a total of $125 when you're ready to reorder.  Want to make up to $30 per unit? Orders for additional inventory at $250 order amount and over the unit cost is $10 per Ultimate Combo Pack.  We'll pay ground shipping on all re-orders over $500 making you ever more money per unit.  

How much can I make?  We can't guarantee you'll make anything.  It's completely up to you, but as you can see from the prices above you'll be able to buy units at $10 ($250 re-orders and above) and sell them for $20-$40 and that's a great margin.  How many can you sell in your area at a county fair, swap meet, garage sale, flea market, or mall cart?  Is it tens, hundreds or a thousand?  We have no way of knowing.  You may find that you make more profit by selling units at $15-$20 instead of $40.  That's up to you because you own your own business.  You can tinker with the price and how you sell it.  You'll know up front what all of your costs are, so you'll be able to maximize sales and profits.  You make the decisions on what works best in your area and in your chosen sales venue.  Remember that as a business you'll be responsible for permits and taxes, but what business isn't?
