Our FRP photo coasters are created using an expensive and time consuming labor intensive process called dye-sublimation where your photo is transferred deep into the surface of the coaster surface much like a tattoo. The premium dye-sublimation ink that we use actually costs us over $500, and is forced into the fiberglass reinforced plastic surface using a precise combination of heat and pressure. The premium ink and coasters that we use yield a FRP photo coaster that has beautiful, vibrant colors that will last for years so you know your FRP photo coaster will bring smiles week after week.
